The Shop Small Riverside campaign encourages residents to support local businesses during the holiday season while rewarding participation through prize incentives. By shopping at small businesses and locally-owned franchises in the City of Riverside, community members strengthen our local economy and have the chance to win exciting prizes.

How It Works

Shop Local: Visit any local small business or locally-owned franchise in the City of Riverside between November 29 and December 19.

Save Receipts: Each receipt from a qualifying local business counts as one entry into the prize drawing.

Submit Receipts: Take a screenshot or photo of our receipt! Submit it electronically to: https://5xs5mfhs0zh.typeform.com/to/tNRhHmsO

Win Big: Winners will be notified by December 29. The more participants shop locally, the more entries they receive.


Eligible purchases must be made at small businesses or locally-owned franchises located within the City of Riverside.

Business Participation Incentives

Businesses that participate in the Shop Small Riverside campaign will receive valuable exposure at no cost.

  • Free Promotion: Participating businesses will be highlighted on the Chamber’s website during the campaign.
  • Visibility: Any special holiday offers will be featured during the campaign period.
  • Brand Exposure: Non-members receive company name as one line item. Members will receive their discounted featured and their logo on the web page.
